Hi! I’m Kasey Bates, BSN, RN - owner and operator of Chapel Hill Personal Care Home.
As a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency care and hospice care, I have spent years caring for individuals during some of the most import and vulnerable moments of their lives. Through that experience, I developed a deep passion for providing care that is not only clinically excellent, but also personal, compassionate, and truly meaningful.

After many months of prayer and thoughtful conversations with my family, I felt a clear calling to take this next step.
I truly believe God placed this opportunity on my heart - to open my home and provide a level of care that is rooted in compassion, dignity, and love.
This calling continues to guide the way I care for each resident and the environment I strive to create every day.
💛 Why I Created Chapel Hill Personal Care Home
After years of working in hospitals and facilities, I recognized a growing need fo something different - a smaller, more intimate setting where residents receive the attention, dignity, and quality of care they deserve.
As a mother of three, I also understood the importance of being present for family while still pursuing meaningful work. That perspective shaped my vision for Chapel Hill Personal Care Home - a place that feels like home, where care is personal and relationships truly matter.
